Trail Camera Integration in HuntKit
- Which trail cameras can I connect to HuntKit?
- Directly via cloud retrieval: ICU and SPYPOINT cameras (HuntKit fetches new photos automatically about every 15 minutes). In addition, ANY camera that can send photos by email works via a personal HuntKit receiving address.
- What does the AI do with camera photos?
- New photos are analyzed automatically: game species, and where recognizable sex and age class. Results feed into territory analytics such as daily rhythm, weather correlation and the game trail network.
- Do I get notified about new photos?
- Yes, via push — with a cooldown so an active camera doesn't flood your phone. Notifications can be disabled per type in the profile.
- Are trap alarms supported too?
- Yes: TRAPMASTER and MinkPolice trap transmitters can be connected; an alarm creates a log entry, a task and a push notification.
