Login, Password & Two-Factor (MFA)

Reset your password via email link. TOTP two-factor with backup codes: a backup code removes the lost factor — generate codes in your profile beforehand.

I forgot my password.

Choose "Forgot password" on the login page — you'll receive a reset link by email.

I lost my TOTP device (authenticator).

Sign in with one of your backup codes: it removes the lost TOTP factor, then you can set up MFA again. Generate backup codes beforehand in the profile's security section — store them separately.

I have neither backup codes nor my TOTP device.

Then only support (support@huntkit.app) with identity verification remains. That's why you should create backup codes right after setting up MFA.
